Note: Our returns guarantee for orders over £50.00 is limited to 14 days. Other orders can be returned up to 30 days after dispatch.
- Unwanted Goods:
You may return most products to us at any time up to the end of the twenty-eighth day after you receive them without giving us any reason. Cancelled orders will be refunded within 30 days.
Delivery charges for posting your order out to you will only be refunded on returns requested within 14 working days from the date after you receive your order.Any additional delivery service selected will be taken as an agreement of a separate contract and cannot be refunded after dispatch.
We require that any goods returned to us have been shown reasonable care while in your possession. You will need to pay for any delivery/postage charges.
No returns on Dated Materials (including dated periodicals) or Earrings can be accepted unless faulty or damaged.
For hygiene reasons any food stuffs cannot be returned.
Audio Recordings, DVDs, Videos and Software can only be returned if they were dispatched to you in a shrink wrapped or sealed package AND are returned in the same unopened condition.
Many of these products are not produced in sealed packaging and therefore cannot be returned unless they are faulty for copyright reasons.
An adjustment to the refunded amount will be made if a voucher taken at the time of ordering no longer applies.
