Dispatch & Delivery
Our delivery prices were changed on the 1 October 2015
Delivery costs change depending on the weight and country of destination. This means that delivery costs change from country to country.
Our main courier/mail service is Royal Mail.
If you need your items in a hurry then you may choose Royal Mail First Class delivery for a minimum of £2.99 for orders under £40 or a minimum of £3.69 for orders of £40 and over (usually delivered the day after dispatch from our warehouse)
We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery for £7.95 (Guaranteed)
Selecting any postage method will not affect the date that items are dispatched from our warehouse but will speed up delivery once your parcel is in the hands of Royal Mail. Any additional delivery service, which is selected will be taken as an agreement of a separate contract and cannot be refunded after dispatch.
Orders for less than £10 will cost £1.59 for delivery and be delivered by Royal Mail 2nd Class Service unless another delivery service has been selected.
If you want to post overseas, we can show you delivery costs for the chosen country if you select it at the shipping options. In a minority of cases, if your item is particularly expensive or heavy, there may be additional delivery costs, so we can send it in the most suitable way.
Republic of Ireland (IE) The delivery charge is £3.95 per order. Additional cost may apply.
European Zone (excluding IE) The delivery charge is based on the number of items in your order and weight. Basic Cost £3.95, plus £1.50 Cost per item.
Rest of the World Delivery Charges The delivery charge is based on the number of items in your order. Basic Cost £5.95, plus £3.95 Cost per item.
When will my Order be dispatched? Some items can be dispatched on the same day, if the item is “In Stock” and ordered before 4pm for same day dispatch. Most items are able to be dispatched within 1-2 days, if item is” In Stock” and will be dispatched within 24 hours.
If an item is “Out of Stock” in our warehouse but it is “In Stock” with one of our suppliers, then the stock is available but awaiting to be “allocated”. This order will usually be dispatched within 7 working days.
If a product shows as “Out of Stock” and currently don’t have a date when we will receive new stock, we will try to get an estimated dispatch date for you as soon as possible. In this case, it is recommended not to place an order of that product until is back “In Stock”.
As soon as all of the items on your order are available we will dispatch your order without delay.
If you have selected our ‘1st Class Delivery’ service and we believe we can dispatch your entire order within two days, we will try to dispatch it in one parcel.
When you place your order you may pay a single delivery charge, which is based on the value of your order.
Sometimes, however, your order may be dispatched to you in a number of smaller deliveries when items within your order have different availabilities or when part of your order is temporarily out of stock. On these occasions we want to get available items to you as soon as possible, rather than always wait for the whole order. There is no extra charge for these multiple deliveries.
Inside each delivery you will find a delivery note or receipt, which indicates the number of items that are included in your order. It will also indicate whether your order is being dispatched in more than one delivery.
Problems with Delivery
Damaged or Defective Items
Despite our best efforts items are sometimes damaged in transit or have defects from the manufacturing process. If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please contact us by email or in writing within 30 working days of the delivery of the goods.
We will either replace the items or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Please contact us in advance so that we can provide you with a FreePost address to return the faulty items.
Note: We will only replace a damaged/defective product once the original product has been returned to our warehouse, within 14 days of reporting that the product is damaged/defective, considering that the whole process should take no longer than 30 days.
I Have Received Duplicate Items
If you have received duplicate items, which were not ordered, please call us or email us to make sure that you haven’t been charged for the items.
If the items need to be returned then you need to get a Returns Authorization Code from us.
If we send you incorrect items please call us or email us and we will make sure that you receive the correct items as quickly as possible.

When we send any items to you, a delivery note will be included, itemising the product/s of your delivery. Items may sometimes be sent to you in a number of smaller deliveries so don’t worry if the delivery note doesn’t list all the items in your order.
If, however, the items listed on the delivery note don’t match the items in the package, please call or email us and we’ll arrange for the missing items to be sent to you or you could be refunded.
I Have Received Some But Not all My Order
In most cases all your items will actually be dispatched on the same day. However, we will sometimes send items separately to avoid further delay. If you are unsure, look at the delivery status of your items in “Your Orders” to check whether we have been able to dispatch all of your items.

Note: Our returns guarantee for orders over £50.00 is limited to 14 days. Other orders can be returned up to 30 days after dispatch.
You may return most products to us at any time up to the end of the twenty-eighth day after you’ve received them without giving us any reason.
Cancelled orders will be refunded within 30 days.
Delivery charges for posting your order out to you will only be refunded on returns requested within 14 working days from the date after you’ve received your order.
Any additional delivery service selected will be taken as an agreement of a separate contract and cannot be refunded after dispatch.
We require that any goods, which are returned to us, have been shown reasonable care while in your possession. You will need to pay for any delivery/postage charges.
No returns on Dated Materials (including dated periodicals) or Earrings can be accepted unless faulty or damaged.
For hygiene reasons any foodstuff cannot be returned.
Audio Recordings, DVDs, Videos and Software can only be returned if they were dispatched to you in a shrink wrapped or sealed package AND are returned in the same unopened condition.
Many of these products are not produced in sealed packaging and, therefore, cannot be returned unless they are faulty for copyright reasons.
An adjustment to the refunded amount will be made if a voucher taken at the time of ordering no longer applies.
